I led the UX redesign of Intuit’s Expert Portal, used by thousands of tax professionals to collect and manage client documents. Partnering with PMs, engineers, and ML researchers, I designed AI-powered intake flows, improved task clarity, and introduced scalable patterns that streamlined manual workflows and reduced repetitive tasks.

Inefficient tax data collection increases costs, delays service, and impacts scalability. 

Customer Problem

It’s very time consuming (Customer Serving Time) for Tax experts collect and organize over 100 documents per client from various sources, like bank accounts, TurboTax, and credit cards
